Hotel Zone

The Hotel Zone is the stretch from Playa de Oro Hotel, to the Sheraton Buganvilias. Areas like Fluvial, Versalles, Gaviotas, and Cinco de Diciembre are part of the Hotel Zone. Fluvial Vallarta is one of the most modern areas with underground wiring, great sewer system to avoid flooding, new streets, lots of green areas. There are plenty of schools, hospitals, clinics, and shopping malls to see.
