This never lived in condo is located in Alta Vista, overlooking the Romantic Zone. Small building of only five stories, with elevator, and only Ten Condos. Makes for great ambience, great administration. Very very quiet and stays dust free for long. This modern contemporary condo is very ample. All rooms face the view (hard to find). The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, garburator (garbage disposal), gas stove, and modern cabinets. Mini Splits throught the condo, these make it very quiet, and energy conserving. The pool is located just outside the condo. This condo is located a very short walking distance to Restaurant Row (Basilio Badillo), CMQ Hospital, Los Muertos Beach (most popular beach in town). Make sure to wach the video.
