Real Estate was founded by Sergio Chavez in
2007. He received his training at Millennium
Vallarta Real Estate and Investments he was tutored
by Mr. Larry Clark, who has more than twenty years of
experience in the Puerto Vallarta/ Riviera Nayarit area. Our staff are
dedicated to knowing the real estate market and the
surrounding area. This allows us to narrow our search
for property that exactly meets your need, at the
price you want. Our goal is to develop long term
relationships with our clients so that we become a
trusted advisor and friend.

Real Estate is a member of AMPI (Mexican
Association of Realtors). In Mexico, there are no
licensed brokers. They may be certified, but it does
not guarantee that they are licensed. As a member of
AMPI we have a strict code of ethics that we
all must abide by. Belonging to the association means
that we are part of a huge team, and we all work
together so that we can give better service to our
clients. A further advantage of Membership is access
to the Multi-List (similar to MLS in the USA
and Canada). The multi-list system has
been in the Puerto Vallarta area for the past twenty
years. It helps all realtors stay organized, and it
is a great tool when it comes to listing properties.
We can show you all listings, which means you don't
have to go to every Realtor to see what is available
at any given time.
Only AMPI members have access to the Multi-List,
which allows us realtors, to show buyers the properties
available all up and down the coast. North up to San
Blas, and South to Cabo Corrientes. It also helps us
keep track of the market. We can do market analysis
to see how much properties are selling for, how long
it takes to sell, and what price they were listed at.
Because we value our client's time, we only list
properties for sale at the "right" price. For
our Seller's, we pre-screen all Buyers to ensure that
we are showing your listing to people who are
truly interested in your property and are capable of
making the purchase. For our Buyer's, we are
committed to showing you only the properties that you
are truly interested in and within the price range
you are comfortable with. Our client's time (both
Buyers and Sellers) is valuable, and we treat it as
such. We will guide you through the entire
process from start to finish, including the Notary,
Trust and visa process if applicable.
Throughout the whole process, from meeting you at the
airport till the time you move in and afterwards, we
are at your side.
We have tried to keep this website as

 Sergio was born in the small town of
Delicias, Chihuahua. He grew up in El Paso, Tx.
Sergio was hired in El Paso to work here in Paradise.
Although he did not stay at the job he was hired for,
after three months of living in Puerto Vallarta, he
decided this was his home.
Sergio Says:
''After living here three months, I went out to
the balcony, looked around, inhaled, and when I
exhaled I felt a ton was lifted off my back. That's
when I realized this was home. This is where I was
supposed to be born.'' Sergio is an avid horse lover,
who loves the outdoors. He is often found fishing,
hiking and camping.

 Miguel Lepe is originally from Culiacan Sinaloa, but all his family are from this area. He grew up In Colorado in a Small town close to Aspen, where he went to high school. He has
lived In Puerto Vallarta for the last 10 years. Miguel has
Bachelor's Degree in tourism and has worked in many different
areas of the tourism industry. He has been in the Real Estate
industry since September 2007.
Miguel Says: Because all the good
things that I have accomplished in this beautiful town are
worthwhile, I now consider Puerto Vallarta my home. I like helping out and
if I can assist you in finding your dream home and make you happy, then I know that someone else will enjoy having a piece of paradise for themselves.

 Leonardo Rigel Lozano is "Pata Salada"( Salted Foot), nickname for those naturally born in Puerto Vallarta. He has seen Puerto Vallarta grow and develop into one of the best tourist destinations in Mexico. Leonardo is a nature lover, loves the beach, rivers, and sunshine. Also, he loves to keep in good mental and physical condition by working out, dancing salsa, and swimming in the bay. Since he grew up in this beautiful town, he knows it very well. He studied to become a realtor and has now started his carreer in 2009. He is now a proud member of Lighthouse Vallarta Real Estate's profesional team.
