In 2007 I decided to have my own office to implement my program which consists of promoting properties with high return potential as well as those that match the particular client's needs. I am not one that will sell to sell. I like clients to be 100% satisfied with their investment. I have decided to provide individual, personal and professional full service. This means I do not have assistants, web designer, administrator, secretary, sales manager, supervisor, etc. Instead of directing clients to fellow colleagues, I will see every client and provide the service myself. I have been a member of our mexican association of realtors since 2005. Every year we update ourselves by going to courses to update our knowledge. This is one of the requirements to renew membership every year. 40 hours per year is required per associate or affiliate. However, I think the most important education I received so far is "EXPERIENCE".
