On September 20th, 2005 I formalized my first Real Estate brokerage in Puerto Vallarta. On September of 2010, that same real estate was re-sold. My first client made a good return on the investment. Not to mention she only waited about a month for the acceptable offer. In these years of experience I've seen many more examples which confirm my thoughts.

My "Mission", is to provide a personalized, full real estate service to both national and international investors, retirees, first time buyers, second home buyers, vacation home buyers, developers, etc.

I also offer vacation and long term rental condos, homes and/or villas. I offer no surprises only offer trust and security.

We make an invitation out to Canadians, Americans, Mexicans too, and all other foreigners to visit Puerto Vallarta and/or Riviera Nayarit. The weather is great year round. Our best is the winter, with hot sunny days and warm beach water every day. The average year round temperature is 27°C (80.6°F). Enjoy the views of the Sierra Madre Mountains covered with semi tropical jungle, the Bay of Banderas, Los Arcos, Marietas Islands, etc. Surf, fish, sail, snorkel, scuba dive, etc. These are some of the reasons why so many foreigners and Mexicans too, are making Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit their home away from home.

Multi-List gives us access to every listing from every realtor in both the Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit area (Nuevo Vallarta, Bucerias, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Punta de Mita, Sayulita, Lo de Marcos, San Francisco (San Pancho), and Rincon de Guayabitos). It also allows you the opportunity to deal with one company rather than going from agent to agent to find what you are looking for. So, if it is listed, we have access to it. This includes all the new developments as well as private listings.
