On September 20th, 2005 I was formalizing my first Real Estate brokerage in Puerto Vallarta. On September 2010, that same real estate was re-sold. My first client made a good return on the investment. Not to mention she only waited about a month for the acceptable offer. In these years of experience I've seen many more examples which confirm my thoughts.
Our "Mission", is to provide a full real estate service to both national and international investors, retirees, first time buyers, second home buyers, vacation home buyers, developers, etc.
